Richard has particular experience in the cultural challenges of value selling and in gaining key senior level commitment to this business changing process.
His business experience includes several years in senior retail management with TESCO, with focused selling and marketing experience gained with CARLSBERG TETLEY, UNILEVER, and latterly BRITISH AIRWAYS as a divisional director of Sales and Marketing.
