For training to be effective it must be simple to understand and
simple to put into practice. The role of a consultant is not to
deliver materials; it is to deliver a step change in performance.
I enjoy practical coaching and find that elements of fun allow greater
adult learning to take place. This usually ensures the new behaviours
are taken up faster and an improvement in performance is more immediate.
My particular field of interest is using advanced communication
skills and simple psychological techniques within the value selling
process to give sales teams a distinct advantage in a competitive
environment.
